our foot is not facing straight ahead, might be a strength imbalance or something from the injury.

I believe so, it was when i was doin max strength squats and i think the bar wasnt level and when i squatted i had to strain coming back up since i went to my left side a bit.
But im doin much better now, occasional soreness in the groin due to sprinting on uneven surfaces but nothin serious, usually goes within a day.
