squatting is included in the posterior chain section. but since i might not have access to a gym over the summer i couldnt just restrict myself to squats. right now im deadlifting. i thought pressing and pulling would be good for martial arts. when i switch to more track emphasis, do you recomend i switch to just oly/squat/ lighter posterior chain lift?
on the continuos tempo, are you suggesting i do it on thursday or saturday? im thinkin saturday, but im not sure.
