    I stopped lifting because it made me stronger but for some reason slow(every time i would sprint it felt as if i were heavy even when i was fully recovered from lifting).I guess you can say im naturally strong but i mainly just do push-ups and sit-ups,plyos.but my speed work volume is higher than your average athlete.idk why it was electric timed.i train at the university of miami.
