First of all, congrats on your 250th post…..you're the first member to be "elite of the elite." Regarding your statements, I use jumps (but not always plyos, as there is a difference!) on recovery days. They are always low intensity as Quik recommended and I am well aware of what you're saying and would have thought it would be the case but I've never noticed any problems with it.
Why don't you cut out at least one of the med ball acc. workouts and change it to some other form of acc. dev? Also, I'd definitely drop the overspeed during GPP.
