Looks pretty good in general. Looks like you are probably at/near 11.2 speed?
1. Do those with a 3 PT or blocks
2. In transition – you will have an easier time getting your hips up if you are really emphasizing an acute shin angle through the first 20-30m.
3. Biggest thing for fixing Hip position for me was working on hip mobility under load (ie – deep squats or deficit lunges).
