If I improved my overall strength along with developing my core(six pack baby) plus my technique and general fitness improved and i keep improving and working out until the first track meet in march is it safe to assume i could improve .5-.7 tenths of a second?or will my improvement only be marginal?
What event are we talking about here? That’s a lot of time for the short sprints but it may be possible in the long sprints. Also, if your numbers are legit, you have a serious power-strength imbalance. Your clean numbers are very low to have such a huge squat. Are you perhaps squatting on a smith machine? That might explain the discrepancy.
