well, I am not sure if I understood well, because of my not-so-good english. – So I understood it like that:
– Taking glutamine before I go to sleep is good, right? Do you think that I should also take glutamine in the morning before breakfast and after training? So 3 times per day (3times 5grams or something like that)?
– I don't know what is Cytofuse? So I have to take that thing after training, right? But I am not sure if they are selling this in my country, because I am not from USA… So whey+maltodextrine is not a good combination or what?
– BCAA's during training are okay, but the water has to be cold.
– Antioxidants, minerals, vitamins are okay, but I don't have to add more C vitamine.
