your nutrition and supplement lists seems fine. cytofuse is a postworkout drink with decent ingredients which you wont however find in europe (as far as i know)…
as far as postworkout shake ill take whey, dextrose, creatine and glutamine.
i take glutamine 3 times a day btw and like it that way…
taking vitamine c right after the workout is ok because of its antioxidant qualities.
