hmm, i cant tell you what to do, sry… i just put a glutamine scoop in every shake, and cause i take 3 shakes a day it makes 3 servings of glutmine ; ) i just try to get about 20g a day…
well, it wont kill you not to take creatine, but you can assure your mother that it really is a safe product. i use it since 7 years, sometimes in ridicules high doses and am totally fine =)
