mo,wed,fridays i train in the morning and evening. so i have two postworkout shakes plus a shake right before bed.
on the other days i train once, so i have 1 pwo shake, one before i sleep and the 3rd one replaces a meal, usually the second one around 10/11:00.
the only major difference between them is that i use the sugar only postworkout and the bedtime shake is in milk, not water or juice…
but its only what works for me, there are probably better ways to do it…
