I have 6 weeks. To prepare, not for a specific meet. But till season really starts.
sprinter, im in a good level of fitness, ive done track and xc(dont ask why) for every season, im currently a junior.
just so you guys know,
my 200pr is about 24.8
the idea for speed development, is because when i run a short sprint, 55HH, 55, or 100, Alot of people beat me half the way, then I can catch up.
the 400ih hurdle training i can “tackle” during the season since its not as important to me as lowering my 200 time and possibly 100.
