Some thoughts:
*I’ve always found that the best adaptation occurs when you train an exercise or workout long enough to get proficient at it before moving on to another exercise or workout. Keep this in mind when reviewing what you have down as well as what you plan for the remaining 2 weeks.
*What are the hills doing on week 2?
*A rest week would probably be beneficial somewhere in the course of 6 weeks of hard training.
*Add some acceleration development. 6 weeks with no acceleration development probably isn’t a good idea for someone who intends to do the short sprints and hurdles.
