I see you getting a bit fried with the 200m and 400m speed endurance workouts in the same week. Why not start out training either 400m or 200m speed endurance first and as the season progresses gear your training towards the other type of endurance. If I am looking at this correctly, you are talking about doing both short speed/MaxV work while simultaneously training both short and long speed endurance. I can tell you that is a recipe for disaster. Train one quality before moving on to another. No matter which way you go…long-to-short (400m before 200m) or short-to-long (200m first), both races will benefit from the training.
