I know what he’s trying to do, sprinter. The thing he’s doing with attacking 200 and 400 speed differently (and in this case 200 speed first) is nothing more than a short-to-long approach. His 200 workouts consist of SE/SE1 work and his 400 workouts consist of SE1/SE2 workouts. It makes sense, just not orgranized properly.
