I used the kinetic bands last year on the days I could not get outside because of the cold. I think it all just depends on the athlete. However, I did sometimes feel like I was overloading the hip joint. The band’s do supply a lot of resistance. I dropped my 60m dash time .12. 7.19 to 7.07. FAT in 1 month. Since then I have not used the lower body bands because I am training with my school team now. And I want to see what I can do without them. I don’t want my body to become dependent on them. If that makes sense. I never lifted weights prior to this season regularly so I know I will see some gains.
