I had an athlete stuck at 10.6 for three years. After bands we went 10.03.
Carl, it’s hard to believe that such an improvement mainly was due to using these bands. Going from 10.6 to 10.03 is huge, I thought maybe you are joking? Have you had such a huge improvements with other sprinters when using these bands? Looking at this example seems that all who are stuck can improve when introducing some training with these bands.
