Well, for someone at your level. I would completely cut out alot of that and just do specific things you need to do. I wouldnt worry about periodizing as such just focuz of improving your long jumping skills.
jump once a week in practice from varying steps, working on different things (height, leg stiffness at take off, landing etc) pick one or two and focuz on it. Do acceleration work out top speed work twice a week. Do a bounding session, and one plyo session a week. Keep in double foot for height and distance.
and weights, keep 4-5 main lifts, squats, cleans, step ups, bench, jump squats. Do a max strength session, general strength session and power session over a week. In 6-8 weeks, im sure you will improve you mark alot.
You can work the others but in a circuit fashion of low intensity, once or twice a week.
