this is where im making my training plan. you should be able to use my plan for my first 6 weeks (though ideally youd match it to 8). my 100 goal is similar to yours. after my GPP is done the differences in our training would probably become more apparent, but i think using my finished GPP plan will be a decent start for you. just remember everyones different, there are no shortcuts, and if youre gonna train by yourself it will NOT be simple to get things right.
ok, some more questions for you…when do you want to start training and how long do you have to train before track starts for you?
