I’ve read around and haven’t seen anything on a routine similary to what I need. And yes, I’ve ran track freshman year and ran 200m and 400m. I wasn’t interested in the sport then because I was outta shape. I’ve been hitting the gym for a year and a half now and lift 4 times a week on a routine. I need help regarding how I should change my routine in order to train for track and should I continue w/ the diet im on or should I bump up the calories, etc. I have lots of time to practice as long as I got a set guideline of what I should be doing. I go to the gym at night 8ish and come back 9:30ish. Please help! I’ll be looking around the forums for help, but if you could link me to a post similar to what I’m looking for I’d appreciate it.
