This may be stupid, but what are P.B’s? and my goal is to build overall strength / endurance / and speed. When I ran freshman year, my 200m time was 38 from what I recall, but at the time I was out of shape. Since then I’ve been hitting the gym and have cut down and can run a lot faster.
