I realized there was a mistake in my above post, I said you should work your way up to 2000m of tempo per week, I meant to say 2000m per session, 3 times a week (for a total of 6000m a week). You’ll probably need to start much lower than that though, probably only 600-1000m per session to start with. To answer your question, I think that template is good.
