Why are you doing no running the first 4 weeks? Or should I say, speed work? 1-2 days of faster work mixed in with that would help, even if it’s just grass sprints (I believe in my old training journal I had a 40yd program that would help you for your start in the 100m).
I just had a look at your old training journal and that 40yd program looks pretty good. It looks like you had fun doing them. :spin:
