EQI is basically just a static hold in a very stretched position. Try to put your foot up on a step or two on some stairs and have your front foot far in front (comfortably at least) and hold this position. It is not easy if you do it right, but you should be able to manage 1-2 minutes without failure, depending on your abilities. I was a doubter at first, but now I love them. Haven’t had greater flexibility (I have had horrible flexibility all my life).
