There are some reports on cf.com of people having used contrast training and dropped their fly 10, 60 and 100 by sick margins after having used contrast training, but injuries are a big deal with it. Apparently even if you get injured with it you will get faster. CF talks about neural patterning.
Only problem with that is one of the people who promotes it over there (LKH) is a compulsive liar and has a 100m PR of >15 seconds. Yes, I am serious. Ian Cooley here can confirm ;).
Since they are all getting crazy gains, they should have no problem being on the IAAF lifts soon. It only takes a 6.7x in the 60m to make the world list last I saw…
