Last week was my first “full” week of training. I am still separating the two right now but I did 2 days of weights and 3 days of track work.
I plan on posting what I did later to get some evaluation on that.

When you see 4 x 2 x 200 it means 4 sets of 2 reps of 200m runs. I’d look over the boards with those abbreviation definitions and if you have any more specific questions shoot them out there.
