Hi–
I'm traveling this week and I was wondering if there is anything I can do for GPP-type speed work (I'm only in the 2nd week of my GPP) in a gym and/or a hotel room? I've been cycling for my tempo, but I'm at a loss when it comes to speed work. This week I had hill runs on grass planned, and I know the treadmill is nothing like the actual thing because you don't actaully accelerate.
Any ideas?

resisted runs in the hallway, get ur dad to resist u. turn the treadmill up full blast and do intervals, its only for a short time period so u should be ok. find a local school.
