Actually, vibration training does indeed have some validity. VibraFlex products are superior in many's mind. Mike Boyle, for example, is a huge fan as is Mark Verstegen of their product. I have only been able to use one for about five minutes so I couldnt tell you about improvements, but if these guys like it so much to include it in the training system, they cannot be too bad. I havent reviewed the literature too thoroughly, but from what I've seen the citations on VibraFlex's site seemed to be conclusive/valid in my opinion.
