From this…200m seems the fit for sure.
That 400m time doesn’t mean ANYTHING after all of that running in one night…you could probably run 48 is your were fresh…
I’d say the 400 – although the 150 and 300 times do indicate you have pretty strong Speed Endurance – seems like that 150 should put you under 22.0 in the 200 already. But to Nick’s point, seems like you could definitely run a low 48 even right now.
Where the hell do you live that has club/twilight meets this time of the year with FAT and weird distances? That is an early season comp model that I would love!
