Did you ever find training 7 days too much. I found I could never train well without a day of rest especially in the competitive season. I suppose this is highly dependent on what you are competing in though. If all you did on Saturday was throw then it might work.
Friday and Sunday were very, very light days. 30 – 45 minutes tops. I wouldn't train this way all through the year, just late in the season when I was gearing up for nationals. I hate just completely taking a day off . . . just my style.
Post-decathlon, I would rest about 4 days before doing anything though.
On a side note, I believe during this training log, I was done with classes. So I was sleeping in excess of 10 hours a night plus naps. So, I was getting an insane amount of rest in between workouts.
