DELIGHTED with today. I ran 2.95 electronic for fly 30m which is a HUGE pb for me. Couldn’t believe it really and it felt really great. Big up to Francisco and Dr. G for making me train with longer sprints to improve my max v. It’s really working!
How fast is your build up? Flat out acceleration or what?
