Easily the worst I have ever felt during a warm up today. My body is sooooooo sore and tight it’s crazy. Getting back into some general strength really did a number on me. However, my 30’s and approach were not good but my short jumps felt very nice. Technique was good, landings were hit and distance was OK considering. Around 7.20m.
