Really good track session today. I’m feeling very sharp and fast again. Worked on tidying up my first 3 steps making it a better gradual acceleration. Took my approach from 46.50m to 44.50 still with 21 strides. Felt much better and I was very consistant.
The technical block seems to have worked well again and i’m feeling tons better than i did 3 weeks ago.
I am heading to Europe on Wednesday and will compete on the 9th in England. The 16th in Spain, maybe the 22nd in Spain also and then 30th in England and then one more somewhere else before August 6th.
