Felt good to get back to usual schedule today. My right ankle and left hamstring no longer hurt which is great. Overall i still felt slightly dead but better towards the end of the session. Hoping to feel great tomorrow and throughout the next 2 competitions.
Although im slightly annoyed by the last week or so im not really. I did a TON of runway work and really do feel more comfortable now with my check marks and steering. I think i’ve turned the corner with my fouling issues…
