Well the funny thing is that I tested just 2 fly 11m sprints yesterday and hit 10.18 m/s. This is after 4 weeks of not sprinting at all. 10.4 m/s would be faster enough to achieve my goal and i’ve ran it before multiple times.
With this in mind and more focus on power development i am sure 2 sprint will actually be more beneficial than 3/4. I will be upping volumes naturally compared with those last season.
