4x150m sprints @85-90% w/5 min rec (<18.5)
Pretty good day really. Back and mainly left hip was tight for sure but i felt fast. Last week I ran 3.09 for 20m and today I equalled my seasons best and freelap best of 2.96. Very happy with that. First 150's of the season was because I wanted to get some running back in my legs after 2 months with hardly any running. I ran them with a 20.30 guy which def helped me. Hit a pretty easy 17.6 and was pleased.
