Are you developing LJ specific power by lifting maxes the way you do?
Why do you think Lappiere is SOOOOOO powerful? What does he train for 99% of the year?
I missed this. I think my program isnt too bad some lift light, some lift heavy. I know im not jumping well over 8m but still, im capable of 7.90 with hardly any jumps training and on a fractured talus bone. I cant fault my weights because this is the only thing thats made me jump what ive jumped.
And yea, its taken me a couple of months to get but i got my MRI/CT scan reports from 2 years ago, talus fracture, soft tissue build up in sinus tarsi and finally achilles is shit.
They treated me for number 2. Seems like i’ll never get back to my no.1 event.
