And yeah i agree something did need to change. I changed it and it proved to be the wrong choice. So then i changed it again and it all seemed to be working before i got hurt. Even today, i jumped 7.45m before i got hurt again. And right now overall, i’m very weak and am lacking a lot of training resulting from the last 2 months. Even with all the lack of training, last week i ran sub 2 seconds for fly 20m, bounding was at pr levels, 9 step lj was a pr etc…
So i honestly believe i just need consistant training without injury. The past 3-4 years of training has seemed to imprint itself in me now.
Like i said i’ll start training in September and we will see. I am actually going to be using the same system that Saladino uses with Nelio Moura and have had some imput from Moura himself. I’m excited to see if that’s the difference i need.
