Thanks Eric…I like it actually. Heavy C&J makes snatch feel lighter so that probably why I hit 220.
I am pleased with the results from the 2 max strength cycles I have done. I am just tired now of lifting heavy. But I’m glad I got through the prescribed phases without killing myself. Have def lost top speed for a bit though…
Here are my final weight training numbers after 9 weeks total of Max strength: All numbers were relative PR’s. Body weight 177 lbs.
Power Clean – 310
Hang Clean – 280
Clean & Jerk – 270
Power Snatch – 220
Parallel squat – 455
