An exciting update…
Over the past 6+ years I have been gathering as much research, literature, experience and ideas from many of the best jumps coaches in the world and over the past 3 years I have been writing my first book on the horizontal jumps. All that I have learned has been included into the book and from it my own system for developing horizontal jumps has been developed.
The book is entitled The Horizontal Jumps: Planning For Long Term Development and has recently made its way to the editors. It should be published within the next month.
I am delighted to be able to add my thoughts and experiences relating to horizontal jumps to the field and give back in any way I can. I have spent an incredible amount of time putting it together and am very excited for it to be published.
I wanted to give ET members a heads up first and an opportunity to save 15% on the book if you are interested in having a copy. Just PM me through here if you are interested.
