Nice lifting session today. Hamy is feeling sore now but not hurt.
Here’s what I did.
Cleans – 3×4, 3×3 (284 pr)
ECC squats – 3×1 (450)
+
Parallel Squats – 3×5 @363
Weighted pull up – 3×8
Step ups – 3×5 el @187
Some of the best weights i’ve done in ages and maybe ever. Pleased with my strength for sure. Should hit 314 and 420 next week. Hope to be able to sprint on Thurs! Fingers crossed.
