Pretty good session today. I can never usually jump well the day after the speed/weights session but today i was getting waaaaay too much height on my jumps. This is a really good thing during short approach jumps so i’m super happy with that. Half the height i got today from full speed and i should smash my PR.
Rest tomorrow and then i’ll be taking it easy leading upto Saturday.
