I was at a meet in high school and some guy came up to my friend and told him he did decent in the 400 going 50flat, while he ran 47."something" in the 440yd dash and didn't even make it to states, supposedly. Of course, that isn't possible considering my conference kept all the old 440yd records and the best was 49.8 or something like that and the fact the guy has been a lard his whole life. My english teacher also told me he deadlifted 800lbs (must have been in his mind) before when he weighs 140 and doesn't workout–he wasn't kidding either.
