I’ve many guys run between 2.0 and 2.3 with that method.
Really? How good were they? I used to time 10 and 20 yard splits back when I was a strength coach at OU and sometimes you’d see guys get to 2.3 but it was almost always from someone who didn’t know what the heck they were doing with the stopwatch. 2.0 sounds more like a 10 yard time…a slow one but still more reasonable than a 1.79 for 20 yards.[/quote]
No, it was def conistant…one guy ran 10.60, another ran 10.53 and them ummm, ME? my best over 20m done this way is 2.19, best 30 is 3.26 and best 40m is 4.21 done this week…
first foot touches = start stop watch, body breaks plane of cone = stop the watch
