I would like some further explanation though.
1. about the high intensity work : do you count the weights and plyos as high intensity or are you just referring to the running sessions ?
2. You don't understand the weekly progression of the Saturday sessions.
Is this because you don't understand what is in them (probably the hurdle sessions) or is it because the weekly progression doesn't seem logical to you ?
The hurdle sessions mainly consist of hurdle drills that are performed before the tempo running part.
3. I'm aware that the two weight and plyo sessions on thursday and friday aren't planned well, this has to do with gym access, perhaps it would be a better idea to do the lifting on one day and the plyos on the other and not do them both on two succesive days ?
