Ran 6×200. Felt great til the last one. I pushed speedwork too quickly. My hamstring acted up again, but it isn't as bad as the original injury. Fortunately my rest day is tomorrow. I'm thinking of all together changing my program to more distance oriented until I can be sure the hamstring problem is totally gone. I'm going to run alot of long repititions. I liked the mile and a quarter repeats, and I think my hamstring will handle this type of work easier.
