JJ or anyone else –
What type of workout would 4-5x75m and 2-3x3x60m that be considered? I would say speed endurance, meaning it would be used probably closer to the Pre-Comp. phase of training, but I'm a bit confused. Could you do something like this in GPP/SPP?
