Thank you Vince. Those are some older videos and since those were taken I did improve my arm drive. I have always had difficulty with getting my hips up in the set position so that is definitely something I will work on when I start working on starts again. I think I also need to work the fact that my left wrist tends to go relatively limp and my left shoulder has some odd internal rotation during my 400. These things are represented in another video on my channel of a full 400. Again thank you for the advice and I hope all goes well in your pursuit of becoming a PT. School is tough but not impossible. I am also in the process of finals week.
