3) Do you have access to a track to train on? nah but i run 1 mile and half
4) What training are you currently doing? I do sit up , press ups and 1 mile and half there times week plus i weight train
start with chest and bi's on a monday
shoulders and back on a tuesday,
wednessday, legs and tri's and on
thusday abs and traps and oblecs,
5) When do you want to hit your goal time? Auguest or least get it down to 11 by then
