Not knowing the specifics of percentages but your Tuesdays and Thursdays aren’t taxing the CNS as much as you think. There is no possible way that you are doing that much volume at 100% max effort with 5′ rest. So therefore, you are running at some lower level percentage.
Based on your set-up, you could do something like this:
Monday – speed (accels, flys, SFS, etc)
Tuesday – Your thursday
Wednesday – active rest
Thursday – Your tuesday
Friday – recovery day/pool
Sat – Your saturday
Sun – off
If you can’t swap tuesday or thursday, then leave it. But monday is going to be your best option for some speed work.
