Until you reached thursday I thought it looked ok, then I see higher and higher intensities again with medium-hard day on saturday. I don't care if the 8x200m are 32s or not, 3 minutes rest after the whole week's worth of a lot of medium- hard days I think is a recipe for disaster especially after a layoff that could be as long as 21 days.
I would use this workout the week prior to your break, not the week after.
